Homecoming is quickly approaching. The dance will be held on Saturday, September 25th from 7-10 pm. Tickets may be purchased at lunch, September 20th-23rd. Ticket prices increase every day, so buy them early. The first 25 tickets purchased in each lunch will receive a fun gift. 

Spirit week will start tomorrow, September 17th. There will be prizes for best-dressed individuals, best-dressed advisement, and best-dressed activity. Tag South High on your favorite social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and use #SouthHoco2021. If you do not have social media, send your photos to Ms. Sara Policky and Ms. Samantha Koehler-Overton. Make sure the subject line is #SouthHoco2021

9/17 - Jersey Day
9/20 - Pajama Day
9/21 - Twin Day
9/22 - Pink Out
9/23 - Packer Spirit 
9/24 - No school, the Homecoming football theme will be a Black Out.

Attention all 9th great students who are a part of the NICE program:  On Tuesday, September 21st you will meet with Echohawk Lefthand at 12:10pm in the gym lobby area.  Mrs. Johnson, assistant principal, will give you a pass as a reminder on Tuesday to report to the gym lobby area to meet with Echohawk Lefthand.  If your lunch period is before or after 12:10pm, Echohawk Lefthand will also meet with you during your lunch period. 

Attention all 10th, 11th and 12th grade students are a part of the NICE program: During your lunch period on Tuesday, September 21st, you will meet with Mr. Echohawk Lefthand, the director of the NICE program.  Report directly to the cafeteria to get your lunch.  Mrs. Johnson will give you a pass as a reminder on Tuesday to report to the gym lobby during lunch.  Show the cafeteria staff your pass to get your lunch without first sitting down and being dismissed.  Once you get your lunch report to the gym lobby area to meet Mr. Lefthand.  If you have questions please see Mrs. Johnson in room 242.   

CRU will be meeting after school today from 3:15-4:15 in the Hope Center in Room 159. CRU is a faith-based, student led organization. Everyone is welcome to come. If you have any questions about CRU, ask Mr. Chavez in Room 159. 

Student council meeting today, 9/16 in room 334. New members are always welcome. 

Attention Bowlers: There will be an organizational meeting for those students interested in Unified Bowling on Tuesday, October 5 at 3:10 in Room 462.  If you cannot attend this meeting, please see Mr. Goetz in Room 463 for information.

Science Club will meet next Wednesday September 22 in room 229 at 3:20.
