For those teachers and students that never make the trek to the 5th floor, stop by this week to check out the artworks created for display at the Trashion Show and Sarpy County Environmental event held last Sunday. Students were asked to express their opinions of our current environmental state and our ecological future. Travel to "the best floor at South" and check out their socially conscious works.

Listen up if you are taking an AP Course for the first-time next year AND you will be a Junior or Senior. The district is hosting a Summer AP Workshop the 5th and 6th of June at UNO. You will learn about AP expectations and get the chance to know other students who are starting the AP journey with you. Ms. Espinosa sent you an email with a link to register for the workshop. So check your email. See her if you have any questions.

Seniors, if you are planning on attending Metro Community College in the Fall, you MUST sign up to take the Accuplacer Test. The Accuplacer is a test that guides your placement into Math in English classes at Metro. You can take the test at South High tomorrow in the HOPE Center after school at 3:15. Sign up during Senior Lunch or stop by the Counseling Center to get signed up with Mr. Carlson. If you scored an 18 or higher on the ACT, you do not need to take the Accuplacer test.
